JSHAA Music Festival

Since 1975 the Junior Schools Heads’ Association of Australia (JSHAA) has held a special junior school Music Festival. St Andrew’s Cathedral School was delighted to be a part of the festivities this year.

The Athletics Carnival on Thursday 7 August 2008 was a huge success with students from Kindergarten through to Year 6 readily competing and striving to do their best.

We would like to thank the amazing efforts of Sarah and Dan who competed in the Sun Herald City to Surf Run to raise funds for Gawura. Together they have raised $3,800!
Deborah Cheetham Visits Gawura

'The Rabbits'

In preparation of NAIDOC Week, the celebration of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander culture and achievements, students from Gawura and the Junior School have been working tirelessly to present John Marsden’s award winning book, 'The Rabbits', during the Head of School Assembly on Wednesday 25 June 2008 in the Cathedral.
